How can I relocate people?

I'm sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I couldn't find the answer.

I'm trying to relocate my Paladin as well as some other troops, but the Relocate button is always grey, whether the Paladin is included in the list or not. Also, when I go into the Statue to relocate just my Paladin, there's no relocate button. Is it possible to relocate troops and Paladin at this point?

There is no need to send in a ticket as this is simple. Now the relocation (troops) is under the "Send Attack" option. So click on the village (your's of course) that you wish to have troops relocated to and you will see 3 tabs. Select Relocate and there you go.
