Please, please, pretty please fix the issue of hotkey settings randomly being forgotten.

Hotkeys are saved in your cookies (i 90% sure), so you probably delete them or prevent them from happening

I can't find in the interface where to set the hotkey function, and I've looked in the forums and the wiki, and it's not clear where to do it.
