I have made a slightly edited version of thier logo for my clan logo and am just making sure i have the right to use it..... if there is a certain person i need to talk / email could someone plz point me in the right direction??

i don't think i understand your question the way you worded it. I am only using the logo (if allowed) to represent my gaming clan

in other words.....is innogames logo trademarked and if it is can i get permission to use this edited version to represent my gaming organization????

from what i understand from doing research i cannot use the "innogame" name in my logo however i cannot find anything on using an edited version of their logo (such as the one above) to represent my "organization"
