How is it I had 4 to 1 troops over a 200 player and I lost all my troops. I have better troops, I have more lvls of everything but I lose all mine to his few lost.

Were you attacking someone from another province? If you don't have Statue Lv.5, your faith will be cut in half.

Not worth it to play I guess with losses like that to a low level player.

Just attack within your own province while you are still a low level player. That's what I do
