First of all, I have to make something abundantly clear.. In writing this, I'm in no way, shape or form speaking for none other than myself. I'm not in control of my tribe, I'm not even on the council, but, I can't remain silent in the face of something so absurd.

This game, like any other game, should not be, at least in theory, a pay-to-win game. I am, of course not saying we should not support the developers, of course we should, since we are enjoying their product and their continued support, but, what has been happening on this server is a travesti.

Two or three players are paying their way to victory, and, here, because not all in their tribe are part of this absurdity, I have to ask them... Why? Why do you condone this behaviour? Is this the type of game that you want to play? That players buy themselves lvl 30 mines, and academies, next to guys like me, that struggle to farm as much as we can, and are not even on to catapults yet?

And, even then, I humiliate those so called "players" time and again. If the first time I caught him with his pants down, what about the second time? And the third? I am fairly new to this server, and so I can say this without stepping on any toes. I even add, I have nothing against them personally.. I don't know them... They may be nice rich guys, I dare say I even get along well with some irl.

But, this shouldn't be allowed to continue, so, I'm calling on the whole server, including their own mates to unite against these rich boys, and show them that the 1% can't just waltz in here and buy themselves a win.

B why in the heck would I ever make pits that were at 30 except to take a mol'd village
3 have you seen bad grama bads village with the hundreds of trebs there . I suppose she built those right
4 I have won worlds with out crowning
5 this is not an appropriate place to air personal grievances
6 The game can be played nearly as effectively with or with out crowns

since i hear nothing but whining I will enter one last US server with absolutely not a single crown spent and I will still be in the top 10 . not even the 50 you get to start with for free

As I said, I don't know whose toes I'm stepping on... I may be walking over some great players... That don't change the facts that you sought a big advantage early through real money. If I offended anyone, I apologize, but I still stand for the facts. Are you not rich? Have you not spent a lot? Did you not gain an unfair advantage through it?

I restate. I apologize for offending. I will take you up on that challenge, when this world is over, if I still have a team to play with. The fact that you have some great players with you that even I know despite not being here long shows me you have something that I have yet to see going for you.

Uuummm, I enjoy watching coiners lose money. As a matter of fact i try to make them spend till they are eating ramen noodles. I dont understand your outrage if you are playing superior to them. If they coined lvl 30 res pits farm them and farm those that made them. Its a game so have fun no reason to be angry, except at Takano ofc.

Well, when they get nobles before you have rams, it becomes a pretty unequal challenge. They have larger armies and better recoup time. I will admit freely I'm not the best, but I killed the first nuke this guy had... the next day he had already half recovered, while I still couldn't grow, the next day, killed his noble... 3 hours later he had it rebuilt. The third day killed his off again, and still he outgrew me. I won every battle in 3 days, and still ended up losing the advantage.

For me, yeah, it means I still have something to learn, but I reaffirm it is an unequal challenge.

I played the brazilian server a wee bit more than 10 years ago.. Been back for a few months and don't know for how long yet. I think i remember you, and barry from before I came back.

Triury...I feel your pain. If a crap player brings extra cash to the table, that player can be outplayed, particularly as the world matures. If a highly talented and knowledgeable player throws absurd amounts of cash at the game, they become quite a handful and it becomes exponentially more difficult. At some point, it becomes necessary for many or perhaps even the entire world to band together to prevent them from dominating the world.

I'm just waiting for that Dom world with a $20 buy-in, a fixed amount of crowns with no refills and let's go. A 100% level playing field in all respects would be the most compelling world or competition in my opinion, but in the meantime, I must continue to play out the hands we have been dealt.

In fairness to TW2, in most instances, the cash advantage here does not necessarily make a below average or even average player a god here, as it can in other games. Only the truly talented and skilled can fully maximize that cash advantage. I've certainly stumbled across more "pay to play/pay to win" games in my times than TW2.

There is one other point I'd like to make, and that is a warning, in the form of a question. Why do you play this game? Do you like landslide victories? Do you play just to take a few minutes off your day? If so, than this is not the place to do so.

I play for the battle, I play, not to win, but to fight... I personally get angry at my opponents if they just let me roll over them, but there are too many people who play this game just to indulge in their sense of superiority, whether justified or not.

Yesterday I got an attack by this guy that had all his 3 nobles in the one attack. Later he split his nuke in three to send each noble with an escort, one with axes, one with lc, and one with horse archers, and these three attacks were 20 seconds apart from each other.

I have lost my main due to being bruteforced out, and will lose my secondary soon, but not because of being less skilled, and I defy anyone that cares to to challenge the truth of my words. I may not be the most skilled out there. I am not. But, I am certainly better than this poor excuse of a "player".

Like I called before, let's fight guys, let's play... Don't give in to despair, don't give up on the game. Be bold. Fight, attack, do something... I assure you, the thrill of the fight is the most rewarding thing in this game.

And, as I have been asked to clarify and name names, this player is the current number 1 of the server, davebro.

Oscuro...you misread his post. He was on the receiving end based on what he outlined above.

As the world matures, you will be better positioned to take advantage of some of the less skilled, though better funded players.

But, dave aside, let me comment on your argument for one last time, as you've been trying to make less of me since the first post. The way you argue is whataboutism at its best. I say coiners are ruining the world, and you say maybe your not the best, farm more, but then, by your own logic, dave would be better than you too, and shir, and kingslayer and weldon too, and everyone else, but that is neither here, nor there as you didn't address the issue, only shifted the focus elsewhere.

Than I say sending 3 nobles or sending them 20 seconds apart is dumb. Then again, you don't answer the issue, instead choosing to attack me, by saying my obp was too small. Well, let me tell you than, not that you deserve the answer by your attitude, mind you, but let me tell you, most of it came at dave's expense, by killing his off, including 1 noble, even as I was 10 times smaller than him in points.

And in the last post you do it again. I insist those were not good tactics and your answer is: "what about pigs?" Well man, damn, I neither know nor care... go find it out yourself..

I have seen ALOT OF 15 sec split noble train ever since my return on world Z. Guess the good players are gone to EN now
As for coining, Me and pjma1979 can easily get into top 5 range every single world without much use of coins. Its true coin does make a huge difference, it really depend who is using it and how much play time the player invested in, like Vivienne said, as well as how much you spend on it
