Can mods change a village name?

I think I upset this guy too much by constantly attacking him, not letting him grow. He changes his village name and I was wondering if we can it changed. It's kind of vulgar. Not extremely vulgar but I would like to see it changed.

Always if you find either a village name or username offensive please report it to the Mods in a ticket and it will be taken care of.
