Country/Province Specialties

I've thought about this for awhile now and I was wondering if the game could maybe implement some areas or provinces may have a resource boost maybe say a 20% boost in a certain resource depot for the entire province at hand and some provinces may have different bonuses like 5% attack bonus or 5% defensive bonus due to hilly areas?

Interesting, but realistically it doesn't sound like it would be easy to do. Also it sounds very game changing
