After much thought and deciding what would be fair to all, your TW2 staff has decided that there will be a minimum 48 hour wait period before we announce a world is in domination and before we announce the winners of a specific world. The support staff needs time to be able to double check that the world is ready for domination or ready for the winners of the world to be declared.
