Please declare the domination event. LQ has been at 70% for about a week now.

It is my understanding that new players can not join and rimmed players can not restart, but that is exactly what's happening. What gives? Someone else said players are supposed to receive an in game message as well, but that never happened.

Registration for the world is currently closed. The only players allowed to play on the world is those that have already been on it. I believe rimmed players can restart but I will double check on that to be sure.
