New Issue Donation

I am on D world EN server and we are having some problems of the donations. Some of the players in the tribe ( Mean Dogs ) is having problems with the donation.
They say the keep on donating and not seeing any results from the donation.
I have donate 13k+ of res as well and nothing showed up either. I am not sure if it is a bug of some sort.
Can someone please check it out and fix the problem. Thanks

I made a mistake on the last report on the donation. I am on York Castle us server. Not on on en server. I was thinking about it now making it right.
So please read this one and disregard the other one. But the donations is still not working right. So please have someone take a look see thank you.
