Explain this spy report?

Hey all,

Could someone enlighten me on this report? It states that there are casualties, but none of the spies were killed. Does this mean the defender's spies were killed? Also, is the defender notified that he was scouted based on this report? This is the report from the attacker.

All it means is that you didn't get a 100% accurate report. Their countermeasures skewed the report in some way.
To my knowledge, the defender gets a report every time you spy them unless you get a green report with no casualties. I could be wrong though.
