Huh, it is? It's like Gwen you can get it on all the world you play on.

Each gift is only available to collect for 24 hours, and goes into your inventory on the first world you login on.
That is what is says in the announcement for the event. I perceived it as whatever realm you log into first when the gift is available is the realm that gets the item.
