even tho we get a 1% break on the cost of troops per level can the Hall also like barracks build troops faster as it rises levels?

Graywolf are you talking all 3 types of Hall of Orders reducing the time of all troops or of just the troops each produces?

Trebs and Zerkers don't train faster with higher level HoOs, and trebs do not even get a bonus from any level of HoO, so he asking if they can

That is the clarification I needed, was not sure if he was talking all troops inclusive. Thank you DC. I know that with the new balancing update these recruiting time values did go down. This would add another level to the HoO doing more in the game. The only thing I don't understand and need to question is does anyone really take the HoO higher then 3 levels because of the amount of farm provinces it takes to take it much further?

Well, if they trained Zerkers faster, or trebs even they might be worth a few more levels
