Is there anyway you could give an announcement maybe 5 minutes before you kick everyone off for the 5 minute maintenance? Several times I have been in the middle of an attack ops. or something and I get booted for ~ 5 minutes. I really messes up timing. Maybe an announcement every minute for 5 minutes before, a countdown clock, or something.

Seconded, many moons ago when I played SWG they would announce a planned reboot 30-15-10-5-1min before it happened. You have plenty of places to put a warning timer in the UI.
