how do I add a screenshot to a forum???

There are a few different ways you can do that. All of them need to start with a screenshot, so you can use the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then you can upload it to an image hosting website, (e.g. tinypic.com) or you can use the upload attachment button on the forum when you are writing a message.
