Not a Bug i cant access my kingdom on guilai var on a second computer

i cannot access my kingdome on guilai var on my other computer.
when i login on my other computer it says that guilai var is not available.
why?
both computers are standard windows type computers. one is windows 7 and the other is windows 8.1

Thank you for bring this to our attention. Are you sure that when you are logging in on your other computer that you are logging into the correct server?

im trying to. it just says guilai var is closed. thats the only server i am playing on.
no problem logging onto it on this computer. i did start the game on this computer.
