infinite tutorial loop

I have a bug that I have tested in safari, mobile app, and chrome 20th no luck. I joined erimitage, but as soon as I get to the part where I have to click on the map the whole game freezes. Everyone I try to skip the tutorial in browser it restarts the tutorial from the beginning please help.
