Reported Level 30 Timber/Clay/Iron will not unlock

The achievement for reaching level thirty for each of the resources does not work. It only counts the number of upgrades after the achievement appears. It is sitting a 8/9/7 for the respective resources even though the resources are completely upgraded to level 30.
