mail bug

whenever i look at my mail sometimes it moves my screen around as if i clicked on the timeline but in the place of the timeline is a black space and in order for me to get rid of it i have to open my timeline then close it afterwards a little bit of the top part of my screen cuts of so i can only see half of the numbers on my resources i play the game on google chrome i do not know if it does this on other browsers.

I can reproduce the bug with the following steps:

1) Close and reopen tab to reset the game.
2) Go to messages and open any message.
3) Scroll to the bottom, click the text box, and hit enter a few times to generate a few new lines.
4) Press up until you're at the top line of the text box.
5) Press Page Down.

I haven't found a way to fix the bug without restarting the tab.

Insanely annoying bug at that. And it only seems to happen with mail/forums that have a large scroll involved.
