I request the default gets changed to 25 instead of 5, or a filter system is added. Additionally can internal nobles be combined into one instead of two events

I agree on the default to 25. The internal nobles don't bother me though - I can quickly tell it was an internal by the two identical timestamps.

YEs but with the new system thats 2 of 5 spots taken by 1 noble

You can currently set it to 25 in game.
