Officers lost on recall

I hope this is a bug and not WAI!

When you add officers from your inventory to your army and send it out, but call it back a minute later to make a last minute chance, you do NOT get you officers back. I just lost 3 of them that way!

Officers should only be expended when the attack hits!

Probably, but anything resulting in the loss of a premium item should have a verification along the lines of "Cancelling this attack will result in the loss of the following premium items included in the attack: x, y, z."
