Currently you can buy 20% resource boosters for 7 days...why not 20% increase in barracks production booster for 7 days..
Will I pay to increase resources that I can just farm for, no...but I would pay to build my nuke back up faster...
I did some math on build times with the single barracks and different "standard" offensive armies, average build time is going to take 22-24 days for 20K population (level 25 rax).
Bringing this down to 18-19 days would be an advantage worth paying for.
