Randomizing TRIBE MEMBERS

Is it possible to create 12 tribes(3 tribes per quad) with all randomized members. As players join each one is assigned a tribe. Tribe limits would all be equal and set 30 days after start of server. After 30 days lets say all 12 tribes limits are at 35. Mergers are allowed should 2 tribes be small enough that there total would not exceed the tribe limit

This means that a NEW game would need to start every 30 days and server would close to new ppl after 30 days

As for founder- There is NONE, 1st player in tribe has the most say then 2nd,3rd etc until a vote for leader can be made after day 4 before BP runs out. There is no booting of members unless the player is at 0 villages for more then 2 days or inactive for 8 days.

I think that a leader should be decided right away with this otherwise it would be chaos the first couple or days with no authority.

Or just fight to death with 20 members, stabbing the sh*t out of each other! 20 members limit will keep people more competitive if say at least 60 skilled players are in this world. Disable strength in number also allow other less-coin tribe to level up other tribe skills faster (especially MRTs). 70-75% Dom. Nerf Gwen gift such as nobles require to have an academy to use noble and drop 2x coin per villages to 3 - 5 coins "without per village" part (can be higher if during late game), disable troop % thing, and etc.
