Since this update the renaming of prov hasn't worked. I own 13 villages in a prov and have not been able to rename it.

Yea on G I own 10 villas and want to rename it but I can't.

According to the new update you only need to own 10 villages in the prov to rename

a normal province has more than 10 villas at 50% so in that case it is worthless but i do know of instances where people start on a new world and are the only villa in a province so they rename it and it cannot be renamed until late game....i am guessing that is why they added that, correct??

Ah, thanks, that's pretty handy. Since I started in August, I'd neglected to read release notes that far back.

I guess I have to file a bug report then...
