Remember last amount when sending resources

More often that not I end up sending the same amount of resources to my other cites. It would be nice if the GUI could remember what you sent last time and default to that amount.

Thank you for posting this suggestion and I will make sure to forward this to the developers to look into and see about implementing this feature.
