Sabotaje not available when switching cities on co-op

I was using my arrow keys to switch cities on one of my co's and noticed that Sabotaje's were not available. In order to see them, I had to exit the "Spy screen" and re-enter it per village. THe landing times and spy amounts were there, sabo's just don't show up...

Well I will have to check into this, but maybe that is one of the tasks a co-player can't use.

I was able to launch 30 sabo's...
