Server Issues/Bug Reports for Arundel

Many people have been reaching out through support tickets about poor server performance. It would help us if you can post here with specifics such as time of day that you are seeing the server lag through to specific actions that are lagging such as:

opening/sending messages
accessing resource depot
sending attacks/support
login delays
accessing coop accounts
any issues that I may have missed here.

Please help us to help you by being able to provide these details to the technical team.

Is the server down right now? I barely log in browser or app. When I do get in I can do one thing in one village then I lose connection.

I have had lag problems all week on this server from both the Android app and Chrome browser, phone and PC. They are far worse today than the days before.

As a developer, I understand the need for specifics but at this time the lag is linked to every action you've mentioned.

There is no point in the day, and I log several hours from morning to night, where you can play for 10 minutes without experiencing the red box of lag.

Thank you for the feedback gentlemen. I am also seeing this lag on multiple servers and we are trying to get to the bottom of the issue.
