As there is no built in function to prevent offensive names from being generated, the moderators depend on players like ourselves to create a support ticket to report content we find offensive.
If you find the name offensive, I would advise sending a ticket in and letting the game moderators know about it so they can take the appropriate actions.

I did create a report with support...no answer...but they closed the report??? This is really weird response...are they trying to hide from this issue?
