Taxing the Realm

This research allows you to order your troops to preferentially loot certain resources.

Similar to how there's things you can select in the tavern when researched, you select which resource your troops will choose to loot first. Maybe make it a preset 30% increase in that res vs others. So for instance if you attack a Barbarian village that has 10,000 of each res in its warehouse with enough units to loot 10,000 res, but you've selected clay as what you're "taxing" the nearby citizens, then you would loot 2k iron and wood, 4k clay instead of 3.3k each.

I thought this would work well as a bonus for the L30 HQ. It would offer a pretty good advantage to players who choose to level up that high, and also would bring money to the devs because players would spend money to unlock the tech instead of leveling up.

We've had some suggestions in the past of how to make lvl 30 worth leveling, other than to point increase all day lol

Not many people do lol. It was just a thought for where to stick it, maybe it would be better elsewhere, or if people hate the idea not at all.
