Please advise: No tribe member has heard from tribe founder/leader in over a week?

After 2 weeks if the tribe founder hasn't logged on you can switch founders.

I had the same problem. By looking at the forums, it advice to write a support ticket. I did, so u could write a ticket and they could work something out for you.
