Troop movement to a village, not in support role?

Can I send troops from 1 village to another so the other village controls them? Not in a supporting role but like actually move them?

No, you can only move troops to and from villages as either support/attack. Control is always with the city they were sent from.

may i ask, do you know if the dev team ever thought about implementing it so the troops would be controlled via player not via player's villa, cause personally i always thought it would increase game experience if you could just move troops where you see fit (kinda like a real empire)
