Not a Bug TW2 tools restricted?

For some reason, TW2 tools comes up with an error code "403 Forbidden", did I get banned from tw2 tools? It says I don't have permission to access the site . I need to know stuff of other players.

TW2-Tools is a 3rd party website, Tfox.
InnoGames doesn't own it or run it.
