[TWX-12120] Accessing "Favorited" Messages

There is currently a known bug that will not allow players accessing the game from an Android device to see messages in their favorites folder. This bug has been escalated to our developers and we hope to see a solution soon.

This bug has been confirmed. Ticket has been submitted to development.

Ticket ID: TWX-12120

Suggestions for now to alleviate the situation: Move your message(s) out of favorites in order to view them for the time-being.

Issue has now been successfully replicated on our side. Instructions has been added to Development Ticket to further their investigation.
