Reported [TWX-13053] Hall of Orders Scroll Bar

I have an issue the the Hall of Orders scroll bar. It happens in this order:
1. From MAP view enter VILLAGE vew.
2. Click on Hall of Orders.
When the window opens it always opens, but is MISSING the scroll bar.
3. I exit Hall of Orders
4. Click on Hall of Orders a second time.
Hall of Orders opens the 2nd time, but this time it now has scroll bar.
This happens every time.

This is Windows 7 using Google Chrome.

Hey guys can you tell me what browser you are currently using? I have been trying to reproduce this by following same steps provided and unable to do so. I am currently using Firefox.

Firefox as well, its inconstant and easy to fix so i never bothered figuring out why

Kewl, could u figure the HotKEys for presets resetting themselves one so I stop doing it? XD

I don't use presets, and I am currently busy answering tickets so I will put this somewhere on the to do list xD

I was able to reproduce it as well thanks to Yatogami:

Steps:
1. Login account (should started from map view)
2. Press shortcut key "H" to open up Headquarters from map view
3. Click on "Jump to Village" (while Headquarters window still open)
4. Click on Halls of Order
5. Observe: scroll bar is missing
