Unignore attacks

Please let us somewhere see the attacks that were ignored.

Now I see a certain number of incomings, but I ignored a few and they are nowhere to be found. I can nowhere unignore them. If you accidentally press the ignore button you can seriously screw yourself over.

Maybe make it a fliter sort type deal, like default makes all unignored attacks visible, but u toggle a button and all attacks are visible
