What happened to...

Just a few things that I am looking for, but do not find. These are mainly things that were in TW1, and was hoping to see them here in TW2.
1) Battle Simulator
2) Ability to call out militia
3) Being able to moderate rights to specific Forum catagories
If anyone can help me with these I would appreciate it :)

Some things were not implemented yet apparently, but I think they will in the new future.
