Why does the game lag so much sometimes?

I've done speed tests, I lag on zero other websites, its literally only TW2. It shouldnt take 5 years to load in, nor should the village info be unloadable after 2 minutes of waiting for it to load. Mailbox takes a solid 20 seconds. It's getting rediculous lately

I'm not the only one, i'm seeing multiple complaints with lag more specifically as of the last 10-20 minutes
