Help me interpret these reports.

I'm playing on a server currently where I suspect there is a ton of scripting. When certain players start to attack or have some contact with me and others, we start to get reports that look like the attached one. You will notice that the attacker sent zero troops, I never received any notification that I was under attack, but I ultimately get the attached report. Can someone please shed some light on this issue for me, because I didn't really get a response from Inno regarding this.

I'm on the same server.. and has gotten this reports too.. This will not be the old tribal wars 2.
I believe it's more now a clown wars 2.
Look down below.. a 51 pt village has getting same reports from above.
And from reports.. it's pretty obvious to me who's been doing it.

Here are two more examples of reports with no attacking troops from 51 and 52 points barbs. There were no notifications of an attack, but the player attacked player ultimately received these reports in their Inbox.

Look for yourself what's been going on in that village..
if that can be really called a village..
Now if Inno wants a game be played this should stop happening..
