Just saying, if we could build a little faster without having to spend alot of money.....things might be more dynamic. Also, having the Academy at such a high level requirement seems silly, should be lower.

While I agree with you that the build times are slower than molasses in January, the requirements for the academy is the same as TW1.
This is what TW1 players call a "slow" world. Had this game been developed properly, there would have been a screen for you to read before joining the world you're on telling you the settings of that world. It looks like this on TW1.
If they could implement this back into TW2, that would be awesome. They already have an area for it, on http://www.tw2-tools.com/us1/home/, but it seems they are neglecting this to take care of other more pressing issues.
