increase group icons from 10 to 20.
Increase # icons you can assign to a village from 4 to 6 or 8
When using the village drop down, and applying a filter, the next village and previous village buttons should cycle through the villages using the applied filter. Currently they just go to the next village alphabetically, ignoring the selected filter.
When zoomed out on map, icons should be shown over village icon, even if it covers it up.
