A player is using offensive language. How do I report them to the game moderator. WHen I try to send the thread to the moderator, I get a message that says " message hasn't been sent, because its not implemented yet"

Have you tried opening a ticket via in-game?

Take a screen shot, save it in Paint and then make a support ticket and add the screen shot. Make sure you add the name of the player just for good measure and the Server you play on so its easy for the moderators.
