There have been a large number of threads recently about the new system of bans for players breaking the rules "use of automatization, scripts, bots or abuse of bugs is forbidden".
ALL ban appeals must be done through the support system. Forum moderators are not able to assist with ingame bans. If you have already submitted a support ticket, please follow the instructions / answers given by the In Game support team.
Please note that In Game support are UNABLE to answer questions about an account to anyone but the account owner, please therefore do not submit tickets on behalf of others.
Further posts and threads being created on this matter will result in warnings, and potentially bans being handed out.
