I reported a problem through support yesterday. I couldn't register for the forum. A little over an hour later I get a response and was surprised to see it wasn't a canned-shut-me-up kinda deal. Problem is now fixed (obviously), and I just wanted to thank you guys. I appreciate the time you've taken to help me with my issue.
