Tribewide messages: A privilege

Let's be real. 99.99% of the time that someone sends a tribewide message, everyone in that tribe and the leadership gets pissed.

Especially players outside of a tribe shouldn't be able to spam/annoy an entire tribe with stupid messages. I think sending a tribewide message to a particular tribe should be a privilege that can be assigned by that tribe's leadership. The same way that forum moderation is a privilege.

An interesting Idea, I can see the merits of it though I don't see it as bad as you mention it

I am going to have to go with DC on this one, while it can be annoying, it's not something that is that bad. I think there are other more important things that need to be implemented or fixed than tribe wide messaging.
