Tribe skills have only been out for a few months. The further we go along the more resources we will have available.

I make 200-300 coins per day at my current rate (2-3 noblemen per day), while having troops and buildings in que. I also donate anywhere from 30m+ (300 points) per week to my tribe. The more you grow, the more resources you have.
